Business Consulting Services Agreement

An advisor can use an agreement to protect their interests and ensure that they are paid by the client by establishing a written agreement on the services provided. All consulting services to be provided as part of this sub-activity are called services. The parties can use this agreement for several working statements. Any work instruction must relate to this agreement. An advisor, also known as a freelancer or contractor, is a company or individual who provides professional advice or services to a client or business in return for compensation.
